Circuit of the Day, its all about the arms and the chest. Chest Dips, use a dip bar or find parallel bars at a local park. You can also use anything you can get your hands on and is able to support your entire body as you lower and raise for your dips.
Start with as many as you can do, then descend one at a time until you get to 0, then finish it out with squat jump. five sets of 25 each.
